Automatic 40mm eyelet machine with thin curtain washer

Automatic self-drilling eyeleting machine for the application of large diameter eyelets of thin material and relative collarless washer.

The machine, made of a welded structure, is particularly robust and is equipped with 2 special loaders capable of handling very thin eyelets and feeding the washers which are normally loaded only by hand without causing any deformation or surface scratches.

The theoretical application speed is approximately 30 eyelets per minute.

The electronic management of the electric motor and of all the functions is done by a microprocessor which incorporates both a resettable partial counter and a totalizer counter. With a simple setting you can work even without a washer.
