BDC-4725-90D(Automatic W/L and L/L Fitted Box Sheet Unit with 90 Degree Corners)

Description

The fabric comes from a roll via let-off, goes automatically through tension control and edge guiding to the cross-cutting section. After length measuring and cross-cutting, the fabric is pre-formed with the side drop forming system. The rotational clamp then transfers the fitted box sheet to the corner sewing section consisting of one left and one right sewing head where the corners are
sewn 90 degrees (with or without label). The sewn fabric continues to the exit conveyor.
