MINI-TP 2X1(Automatic Terry Towel Precision Folding Unit)

Description

The towel is manually loaded on a conveyor and fed into the lateral folding section comprising of up to two (2) lateral folds. After lateral folding, the towel is compressed and transferred to the cross-fold section. The cross-folded towel is compressed and stacked on an indexing conveyor. The unit is equipped with high precision terry edge measuring systems and a servo drive folding motion to ensure a highly accurate edge-to-edge folded product and is designed to fold towels with large pre- tagged cardboard label inserts.
