SELECTIVE PALLET RACKING

Selective Pallet Racking is a versatile and flexible Industrial Racking system ideal for a warehouse with both fixed and variable storage needs. Our horizontal load beams are held in place by connectors, with the pallets resting on these beams. These beam levels are easily adjustable to accommodate several different load & pallet sizes. Working aisles, as well as the height of our racks, can be customized according to the characteristics of Material Handling Equipment, the pallet sizes, and the height of the warehouse. Our framework assures convenient and unrestricted access to every pallet, thus maximizing accessibility at all times.

Craftsman Storage offers both longitudinal and lateral transverse Pallet Racks, racks for single or double-deep storage along with narrow-aisle or broad-aisle storage. Our product range includes a transverse loading capacity of up to 4.5 tons and Heavy Storage Racks with a frame loading capacity of up to 30 tons. All our pallet racking systems come with a well-equipped extensive range of accessories such as gratings, weld mesh panels, collision protection, rear cladding, or pallet support beams

DOUBLE DEEP PALLET RACKING

Double Deep pallet racking is a versatile and flexible pallet racking system ideal for a warehouse with both fixed and variable storage needs. Our horizontal load beams are held in place by connectors, with the pallets resting on these beams. These beam levels can be adjusted to accommodate various different load & pallet sizes. Similar to selective racking in double deep racking systems, pallets are stored two rows deep— instead of one—thus achieving higher storage density.

Craftsman Double deep Pallet Rack System consists of two rows of selective pallet racking connected back to back, instead of one row in Normal SPR and in middle row will have four rows of a rack. Double deep Pallet racking requires special MHE which should extend from the aisle facing bay to the pallet in the rear bay.
