The fabric comes from a quilting unit is fed through tension control and edge guiding to the length sewing operation. The fabric going through an accumulator will be cross-cut and transferred to the cross sewing operation where the readymade pieces (including the label) are transferred on an exit conveyor and automatically fed to the overhead rail system.
