FTO-6880-T(Automatic L/L European Flap Pillow Case Unit with Double Turner)

Description

The fabric coming from one roll via let-off goes automatically through guiding and accumulator to the cross-cutting section. After length measuring, the fabric is cross-cut and transported to the hemming section consisting of one left and one right sewing head. After the hemming operation, the pieces are transferred to the side closing section where special pinch mechanisms will prepare the flap and form the pillowcase. The system will transport the formed pillowcase to the side closing sewing section. After closing, the finished pillow cases are turned inside out on a double turning system and stacked on a bundle return conveyor.
