AD-Cake Winder
Compared to hank or bobbin winding processes, cake winding process is more suitable for the quality of yarn. Deformations at yarn dimensions or form and lower quality possibilities can increase by alternative processes. because of that AD cake Winder is designed for running in fully synchronisation with UD Series High Bulk Machines.
Through the AD Series Cake Winder Machines which are designed for running in fully synchronisation with UD Series High Bulk Machines, the rest small amount of humidity and excess heat had been fully sended away. Compared to hank or bobbin winding processes, cake winding process is more suitable for the quality of yarn. Deformations at yarn dimensions or form and lower quality possibilities can increase by alternative processes. To prevent those kind of problems AD Series Cake Winder Machines had been designed.
According to customer needs and the number of yarn ends fed from the high bulk machine, cake winder machines can be produced in several types, such as; 2×2 parallel (AD 54 P), 4×1 single (AD 54 S) and 5×1 single (AD 55 S). For AD 54 S and AD 55 S types, the winding units run independent from each other. For AD 54 P, the winding units run in couples and this provides convenience for the situations which is necessary to work with 2 ends per belt.
