The fabric is fed from one roll via let-off through tension control and edge guiding to the length hemming section (with elastic insertion). The fabric going through an accumulator will be measured, cross-cut, and transferred to the cross hemming section (with elastic insertion). After the 4 sides hemming operations, the fabric is performed with the side drop forming system. Then 4 double clamp systems transfer the fitted sheet box to the corner sewing section, consisting of 1 right and 1 left overlock sewing head, where the corners are sewn 90 degrees with automatic latch tack (with or without label). The sewn fabric is transferred to the bar tacking sewing heads to secure the 4 corners. Then the finished fitted sheet will be placed on an exit conveyor. It is possible to apply a flat or folded label into one corner.
