FHO-7765(Automatic Three (3) Piece Pillowcase/Pillow Sham Unit)
Description
The pillow sham back fabrics coming from two rolls via let-off go automatically through tension control and edge guiding to the hem forming devices and respective sewing heads. The hemmed fabrics continue and turn 90 degrees where they are overlapped to the pillow sham front coming from one roll via let-off to form the pillow sham. Once formed, the piece continues to the side sewing station comprising of 1 left and 1 right overlock/safety stitch. The piece continues to the cross-cutting section. After length measuring, the piece is cross-cut and transported to the top and bottom closing section comprising of 1 left and 1 right overlock/safety stitch.
After the closing, the finished pillowcase/sham will be stacked and ready for reversing the process.
